GLK SERVIS s.r.o., operator of Gold Transport, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with our transport services and website.

• pickup address
• destination address
• date and time of transport
• information provided in the booking note
• booking number and information related to the order
• information necessary for communication and provision of the transport service

a) Booking and Transport Services

We process personal data in order to accept and process bookings, organise transport and provide the ordered service.

b) Communication

We may use your telephone number and e-mail address to communicate with you regarding your booking, changes to the transport, pickup arrangements and other matters directly related to the service.

c) Organisation of Transport

Information necessary for the specific transport may be provided to the driver responsible for carrying out the booking.

d) Legal and Accounting Obligations

Certain personal data may be retained where this is necessary to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations.

e) Protection of Legal Rights

Personal data may also be processed where necessary to protect our legal rights, handle complaints, resolve disputes or establish and defend legal claims.

Depending on the purpose, personal data may be processed on the following legal bases:

• legitimate interests of the Controller
• consent, where consent is required for the particular processing

• drivers providing the booked transport

• providers of technical systems used to operate the website and booking system

We do not provide personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

6. Information Provided to Drivers

For the purpose of carrying out a booked transport, the driver may receive information necessary for the specific journey, such as the customer's name, telephone number, pickup and destination addresses, date, time and relevant booking notes.

7. Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for the period required by applicable law.

Booking information may be retained for the period necessary to process the booking, provide the transport, handle complaints, protect legal claims and comply with legal obligations.

After the applicable retention period, personal data will be deleted or anonymised unless there is another legal reason for retaining it.

8. Security of Personal Data

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorised disclosure.

12. Cookies and Technical Data
